• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or analytical role.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage room and catering authorizations, rates, and restrictions.
• Prepare rooms and catering forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Apply inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR.
• Prepare and circulate daily revenue reports to stakeholders.
• Perform Rate Loading in relevant systems.
• Maintain interface between Delphi and PMS.
