Qualifications

• 12+ years’ relevant experience in retail asset management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-asset portfolios with full P&L ownership.
• Experience working in complex organizations and across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full P&L performance across assigned retail assets.
• Deliver NOI growth, occupancy improvement, and rent collection.
• Coordinate with leasing, property management, finance, legal, and development teams.
• Lead asset performance reviews and contribute to strategic initiatives.
