Senior Quantity Surveyor - Villas in Dubai, UAE. AtkinsRéalis is looking for a candidate to join our team in Dubai with responsibilities across pre- and post-contract activities within the villas sector.

Responsibilities

Post Contract:

Commercial Contract Administration including re-measurement, interim and final account payment application assessments, Monthly Cost Reports, variations, contractor claims, Provisional Sums, Prime Costs, Nominated Sub-Contractors, insurances and bonds management, attendance at design and commercial meetings, and related activities.

Experiences and Qualifications

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 8+ years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, etc.
• Must have consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software CostX or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
