This role is responsible for managing financial operations for two large towers, ensuring accurate accounting, preparing reports, and complying with regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in Accounting or Finance and have 2–7 years of relevant experience, particularly in real estate or hospitality. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience for Property Accounts Executive, 5–7 years for Senior Property Accountant.
• Preferably experience in real estate, hospitality, or property management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain property accounts, including ledgers, reconciliations, and journals.
• Process accounts payable and receivable for the properties in the portfolio.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
