Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking a Project Services Manager in Dubai to oversee a major gas development project in Libya. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Project Services, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in English. A rotation schedule of 10 weeks on and 2 weeks off is provided.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Project Services / Project Control post-degree.
• 5+ years in the oil and gas industry and onshore/offshore engineering.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards through rigorous quality control.
• Lead a dedicated team, assign tasks, and support professional growth.
