• MRICS Preferable.
• A minimum of 8 years experience with large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead post contract delivery of cost management activities.
• Assist in evaluating claims.
• Prepare financial updates and monthly cost reports.
• Review and compare scopes of work production rates and cost data.

Skills

High level of literacy skills in English

Excellent working knowledge of industry best practices

Knowledge of cost and contract management techniques

Ability to present confidently

Computer Literate with specific experience in Cost Management software

Education
