Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading packaging manufacturer in the UAE to recruit a dynamic Senior Production Executive who will lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of a pallet production unit ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency and compliance with safety/quality standards. Drive strategic growth, process optimization and team development in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the establishment of the pallet manufacturing unit including site setup, equipment procurement and workforce planning.
• Manage daily production operations ensuring adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks and safety protocols.
• Optimize resource allocation (labor, materials, machinery) to meet production targets and reduce costs.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies and operational risks proactively.

Strategic & Commercial Excellence

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance productivity, scalability and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to drive innovation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to secure permits, ensure regulatory compliance and align with sustainability goals.

Team & Culture Development

• Lead, mentor and train production staff to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Promote accountability, safety awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.

Compliance & Reporting

• Implement and monitor quality control systems (ISO/IMS/TQM/TPM) and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on production KPIs, financial performance and operational efficiency for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations of pallets or related industries preferred, with exposure to commercial/strategic roles.
• Familiarity with QMS (ISO/SPC), supply chain and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management tools.
• Strong leadership and stress tolerance with experience in greenfield projects.
• Excellent project management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to scale operations and multitask in a dynamic setting.
• Immediately available candidates are preferred.
