What You'll Need

• Hands on experience building and scaling credit card products or other credit products from scratch.
• Experience in managing people (Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, and Design).
• An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices.
• High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation.
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.
• Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands‑on.
• A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast‑paced environment.
