Job summary

A healthcare technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Digital Patient Experience Solutions in Dubai. The role involves defining the vision and roadmap for digital products that enhance patient engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading Agile teams, researching emerging technologies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Candidates must have significant experience in product management and a strong understanding of patient-facing digital tools. This is a full-time onsite position with 100% travel requirements.

Qualifications

  • 37 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role supporting digital patient experience solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering patient-facing digital products such as patient portals, mobile applications, wearables, chatbots.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for digital patient experience solutions.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and guide product engineering teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and patient feedback to drive continuous improvement.
