Senior Product Manager (Healthcare RCM)

Reporting to: CEO / Head of Product
Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Health Claim Management Solution. Act as the bridge between our Business stakeholders and our specialized Engineering teams (Backend, AI/ML, Data). You will own the product roadmap for the UAE and KSA markets, translating complex regulatory requirements (NAPHIES, Malaffi) into detailed, actionable user stories for development.
Experience: 5+ years in Product Management within Healthcare IT, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Health Insurance.
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of medical coding (ICD‑10‑AM, CPT, ACHI), claim cycles (e‑Claims, Remittance), and approvals.
Technical Fluency: Ability to read and understand API documentation (Swagger/Postman). Must understand data flow, JSON structures, and integration points. Experience managing products that utilize AI/ML features is a strong plus.
Language: Native or professional proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory for client interactions in KSA/UAE.
Documentation Skills: Exceptional skill in writing clear, concise technical documentation and user guides.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ability to explain technical constraints to non‑technical business leaders.
