A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join their product department and leverage teams success. With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices and more.
Location: Hybrid, Dubai UAE
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of design thinking, user empathy, and business impact. In this role you'll help shape seamless and scalable user experiences across a suite of digital products including web platforms, mobile apps, client portals and internal CRM tools. From early-stage wireframes to polished UI designs, you'll be instrumental in delivering intuitive high-impact solutions that align with both user needs and strategic goals.
1. Product Design Leadership
Drive end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery through to final execution.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and business stakeholders to identify user needs and craft effective data-informed design solutions.
Produce user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
2. UI/UX Excellence
Advocate for pixel-perfect UI and deliver a consistent user experience across all digital channels.
Maintain and evolve design libraries, contributing to a scalable and coherent design system.
Lead usability testing efforts and implement feedback to optimize design outcomes.
3. Strategic Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Operations and Tech teams to ensure product experiences align with user expectations and business objectives.
Participate in product roadmap planning, balancing user advocacy with technical and commercial considerations.
4. Design Governance & Brand Consistency
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility best practices and regional regulatory standards.
Help define and enforce design principles to maintain visual and experiential consistency across all digital products.
