Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of relevant experience in procurement and contracts management, including O&M or EPC environments.
• Proven experience in industrial or energy projects (waste-to-energy, power, utilities).
• Experience in the GCC is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process: PR review, RFQ, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, PO issuance.
• Drive continuous improvements to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets.
• Implement framework agreements and long-term sourcing strategies.
