- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including pitching, negotiation, proposal development, and contract closure

Qualifications:
- 3–12+ years in sales or business development

- Experience selling to OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or large industrial clients
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, comfortable working independently
- UAE/GCC market exposure is a strong advantage
Executive Assistant – Investment & Business Development

- Approach manufacturers, distributors, traders, e‑commerce companies, and logistics partners
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase capabilities
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and SLAs
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance for smooth onboarding
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals and upselling
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2–4 years in business development or sales within fulfilment centers, warehousing & storage, or logistics/3PL services
- Strong understanding of warehouse leasing models, storage pricing, and fulfilment processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Familiarity with the UAE industrial and logistics market
