Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years Engineering Planning / Cost Estimation / Quantity Surveyor experience.
• Exposure in preparation and negotiation of extension of time claims.
• Cost Estimation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Planning Package including Baseline Project Schedule and EDDR.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans.
