Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen section ensuring culinary operations meet high standards.
• Uphold hygiene and sanitation practices in food preparation areas.
• Train, coach, and develop junior staff to maintain service quality.
• Monitor food usage and manage inventory in the kitchen section.
