Job summary

A leading engineering consulting firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support Oil & Gas engineering projects. The ideal candidate will manage planning and scheduling, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of engineering documents. Applicants should have 8–15 years of experience in Planning or Project Controls in Oil & Gas, possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, and be proficient in Primavera P6. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in Planning / Project Controls for Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Proven experience in engineering phase planning and control.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Report progress and activities to the Project Engineering Manager.
• Coordinate with Contractors Project Planning Manager.
• Monitor and track progress of engineering works and schedules.
• Prepare and issue progress reports as required.
• Manage the engineering document submission schedule.
