Job Title: Information Security Director

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Director to lead our security team and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network security principles and be able to develop and implement effective security strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the network security team, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing security solutions and incident management.

You will also configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network security devices and issues, as well as provide level 1/2 support and elevate issues as needed.

A strong understanding of access control lists and policy filters on routers and switches is essential, as well as expertise in Huawei firewalls, IPsec VPN, PAM, TACACS, and SIEM systems.

Additionally, you will analyze network architecture and recommend upgrades and policies, diagnose and resolve network security issues promptly, and coordinate security planning for new projects, ensuring best practices.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Security, with security certifications such as CCNP (Security) being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the network security team, monitor KPIs, and oversee security solutions and incident management.

• Provide Level 1/2 support and escalates issues as needed.
• Coordinate with TAC for hardware/software problems and RMA processes.
• Offer 24/7 call-out support for escalations.
• Hands‑on experience with security products and implementing security controls.
• Maintain good documentation and presentation skills.
