Job summary

A leading elevator company is seeking a Sales Operations professional in Dubai. The candidate will support MOD sales operations, negotiate contracts, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include handling enquiries, preparing estimates, managing renewals, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sales, a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation skills. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

Job description

Location: Otis L.L.C 37th floor The One Tower Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai United Arab Emirates


The role holder is responsible for supporting the MOD sales operations including negotiating new contracts ensuring contract renewal and implementing unit recovery strategies to grow the market share of Otis. The role holder is also responsible to validate the terms and conditions are met during implementation by the operation team. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle all MOD & off-portfolio BEX enquiries from end to end.

  • Prepares estimates and issues quotations for additional repairs upgradation of units and modernization.

  • Liaises with clients to negotiate maintenance contract renewals ensuring all potential client risks are addresses under the renewal terms.

  • Develops a strong relationship with clients by regularly engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.

  • Securing S-orders and BEX-orders

  • Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers

  • Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries

  • Develop new customers via cold calling networking bids and tenders

  • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets

  • Use Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities pipeline and forecast sales results

  • Conduct sales negotiations and close deals

  • Collaborate with fellow team members including other sales representatives and field colleagues


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent

  • Relevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent is preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization

  • At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities

  • Fluent written and spoken English essential Arabic preferred
