• Experience across diverse regions with understanding of cultural nuances.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools for impactful content creation.

• Manage learning pathways across F&B, Culinary, Rooms, and Spa divisions.
• Develop dashboards to measure learning performance and ROI.
• Guide properties in executing learning projects and managing vendors.
