- Supervise loading, unloading, backloading, and storage of materials at the jetty and shore base.
- Coordinate vessel schedules, sailing plans, and cargo priorities in close consultation with the Vessel Master and the drilling team.
- Act as the primary coordination point between the Vessel Master, drilling team, and shore base operations team to ensure smooth and efficient marine logistics operations.
- Coordinate and supervise the bundling and arrangement of materials in the baskets, and ensure their readiness for shipment.
- Coordinate with the transport company, supervise the loading and unloading of materials at the warehouse and jetties.
- Prepare the documents necessary for the movement of materials such as cargo loading manifest.
- Coordinate with the logistics teams of the supply companies to ensure timely delivery of materials to the jetty for dispatch to the rig, as well as the prompt collection of incoming materials at the jetty.
- Coordinate closely with drilling, operations, warehouse, and HSE teams to align logistics priorities.
- Develop and implement effective material transport and handling plans that are compatible with project requirements, in close cooperation with the concerned departments.
- Inspection and document verification for incoming and outgoing cargo. If there is any cargo damage, prepare a report and send it to the concerned department for further process.
- Coordinate with waste management company to ensure timely waste collection from the designated port.
- Maintain the sufficient availability and ensure the fitness of the cargo baskets.
- Ensure that 24-hour duty coverage is available to meet emergency requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete inward and outward material records.
- Maintain a record of service Company rental tools and personal.
- Ensure that all actions performed on the job site adhere to the company's standards and procedures as well as quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining daily and weekly logistics reports.
- Work in line with the Company’s and ADNOC’s HSE Policies and ensures awareness and compliance of local laws and regulations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the manager
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Marine Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in offshore logistics, with strong exposure to marine and vessel operations.
- Proven experience supporting offshore drilling or EPC projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of offshore support vessels and port/jetty operations.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
