Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics field, or management consulting.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to challenge/improve the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance operational performance.
• Develop data-driven strategies from complex data sets.
• Own KPI dashboards and build tools for performance visibility.
• Collaborate with Quick Commerce teams to drive platform priorities.
• Analyze issues and define, implement, and monitor improvement procedures.
