A prestigious legal firm in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to manage and ensure compliance with legal norms. The role involves advising on labor law, corporate finance, and maintaining internal governance policies. Ideal candidates possess a BSc in Law, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bulgarian. This is a full-time position with occasional travel requirements and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Summary/Objective:
We need to find a highly skilled Legal Counsel to manage the legal elements of our company. You will protect our brand by ensuring that the company adheres meticulously to legal norms and providing management with legal counsel on all pertinent matters. In addition, you will ensure that the company complies with all laws.
If you are successful in your application, you will effectively ensure legal conformance and limit the likelihood of exposure.
This role has supervisory responsibilities

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. However, he/she must be flexible and available to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Must have legal authorization to work in the United Arab Emirates
