Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in an Information Technology/ Information Services role.
• Experience in the Telecommunications Industry is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies, testing types, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on feasibility analysis and prioritization assessment.
• Ensure systems enhancements are submitted without compliance gaps.
• Manage E2E solution delivery from demand until production.
• Monitor the delivery process and identify improvement opportunities.
• Set standards for programming tools and techniques.

Skills

Proven ability to lead large transformation projects

Knowledge in telecom infrastructure

Proven track record of managing vendors

Proven track record in governance and financial management

Education

Minimum Bachelor in Information Technology/ Information Services/ Computer Science

Master’s degree

Certifications such as e-TOM, BSCS, ISO, ITIL
