A reputable organization in the UAE is seeking a Senior IT Officer to manage and enhance their IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in networking and user support, with expertise in SonicWall firewalls and Trend Micro Apex One. Responsibilities include troubleshooting network issues, providing IT support, and managing Windows Server infrastructure. Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and user support.
• Proven expertise in SonicWall firewalls and VPN (SSL & Site-to-Site).
• Experience with Trend Micro Apex One and Email Gateway.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot core network infrastructure including LAN/WAN and VPN.
• Provide Level 2 and 3 IT support to end users.
• Support and maintain Windows Server infrastructure.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT projects.
