Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to lead the development of scalable highperformance microservices and integration solutions. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to design and implement robust cloudnative applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop resilient and scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot and cloudnative technologies.
• Advocate for best coding practices maintainability and security in highscale backend environments.
• Solve complex technical challenges while optimizing performance and reliability.
• Drive technical innovation and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to define and improve internal standards.
• Lead containerization efforts using Docker Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing static code analysis and DevOps best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements

12 years of software development experience in Java/JEE/Spring.
3 years of experience in designing largescale distributed systems.
Expertise in Microservices Architecture and cloudnative application development.
Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
Strong understanding of security testing, TDD and DevOps principles.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube, Git, Maven, Gradle).
Familiarity with application servers (JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).
Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
Agile methodology experience in Scrum/Kanban environments.
Certifications in TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Solution Architect (preferred).
