• Minimum 5 years in a safety role within metalworking contexts.
• Ideally 10–12 years in EH&S, with at least 5–7 years as EH&S Manager.
• Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, RSPP, ASPP.

Responsibilities

• Review safety documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop the Health and Safety Plan with the HSES team.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and recommend corrective actions.
