Job summary

A multinational engineering group in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental practices for construction projects. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant degree and level 5 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, with at least 12 years of industry experience. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with safety standards and leading health and safety initiatives on-site.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Previous experience as a Supervision Consultant is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update Health, Safety and Environment Management Plan.
• Lead weekly Health and Safety inspections and meetings.
• Ensure contractors develop Health and Safety plans before construction starts.
• Monitor and review contractor's Health and Safety performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Engineering, or a related field
