Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in an architectural, engineering, or construction consultancy environment.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Lead Engineer on large-scale development projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of local statutory authorities’ regulations across the Middle East, mainly UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve contractor’s construction program and material submittals.
  • Monitor and coordinate construction activities to adhere to timelines and quality standards.
  • Verify and certify quality and completion of works.
  • Prepare monthly materials reports to ensure compliance with specifications.
