Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years total experience with 5 years in Construction Administration in UAE.
• 5 years in the Middle East.
• Complete project understanding in a given discipline from start to hand-over.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Electrical scope of works for contract compliance.
• Review and process all Electrical technical submittals.
• Supervise all MEP activities and operations.
• Manage Electrical inspectors.
• Assist with inspection and testing commissioning of Electrical works.

Skills

Healthcare design and supervision experience

Excellent knowledge of electrical systems products and materials

Strong technical background

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to review and comment on documentation

Excellent understanding of specifications and authority requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
