Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced E&I Foreman. The ideal candidate will manage personnel and ensure the efficiency of construction crews while liaising with the construction team and reporting progress. Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation installation in the Oil & Gas industry. A diploma in a related field is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in installation of electrical, instrumentation, and telecom equipment in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Experience in Oil and Gas / Offshore Operations.
• Experience in Construction Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Direct control of up to 40 productive personnel.
• Supervise and control construction crew productivity.
• Liaise with E&I General Foreman for timely work procedure availability.
• Report progress on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate site liaison with other departments.
