Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Director, Management Consulting to provide executive‑level leadership across client engagements, drive significant revenue growth, and shape the strategic direction of the consulting practice. The Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and board‑level stakeholders and plays a critical role in building the firm’s brand, capabilities, and talent pipeline.

This role is ideal for senior consulting leaders preparing for Partner or Principal‑level responsibilities while already operating with a strong commercial and strategic mandate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategic, high‑impact client engagements
  • Advise C‑suite and board‑level stakeholders on enterprise strategy, transformation, and performance improvement
  • Lead the design and oversight of complex, multi‑workstream engagements across geographies and functions
  • Ensure delivery excellence, value realization, and long‑term client satisfaction
Revenue Ownership & Business Development
  • Own and grow a significant client portfolio and revenue target
  • Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities across priority accounts and markets
  • Lead complex proposal efforts, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Build long‑term, trusted client relationships that drive repeat business
Practice & Capability Leadership
  • Shape the strategic direction of the consulting practice, including service offerings and go‑to‑market priorities
  • Drive thought leadership, intellectual capital development, and market positioning
  • Represent the firm externally through executive forums, conferences, and industry events
  • Sponsor firm‑wide initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence, and growth
Talent & Culture Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and sponsor Directors, Managers, and high‑potential consultants
  • Play a key role in senior talent recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Foster a high‑performance, inclusive, and values‑driven consulting culture
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a closely related advisory role
  • Demonstrated success leading large‑scale, complex consulting engagements
  • Proven track record of revenue generation, account leadership, and business development
  • Experience advising senior executives and influencing enterprise‑level decisions
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Deep expertise in one or more industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology, energy, public sector)
  • Experience in a top‑tier consulting firm or high‑growth consulting practice
  • International and multi‑market engagement experience
