We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of scaling, automating, and optimizing infrastructure for a high-load production environment. You will work side by side with the CTO and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance for a global trading platform.

Our client is a fast-growing international fintech and proprietary trading company, building a next-generation trading platform with a global user base. Operating in a fast-paced, zero-bureaucracy environment, the company integrates with multiple trading systems (REST/WebSockets APIs) and processes real-time financial data.

Location:

• Dubai, UAE full-time office role.
• Remote work is possible with B2B contract.

What kind of qualifications we are looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering;
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, EKS, CloudWatch);
• Strong experience with Terraform (IaC);
• Solid background with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice deployments;
• Proven track record in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with high-load systems, performance optimization, and large datasets (>500M rows);
• Proficiency in Redis, PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse;
• Experience with message brokers like Kafka;
• Strong Linux skills; experience with Windows VMs is a plus;
• English at B2/C1 level for daily international communication.

Nice to have Requirements:

• Previous experience in fintech, trading, or other real-time data environments;
• Experience setting up observability stacks (logging, monitoring, alerts) from scratch;
• Hands-on work with hybrid Linux/Windows infrastructure.
