A leading real estate development firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager for Development to oversee master planning and project delivery. This role focuses on strategic planning, regulatory engagement, and stakeholder coordination, requiring 12+ years of experience, predominantly in the Gulf, especially Dubai. Candidates should have a degree in relevant fields and familiarity with various project management tools. It's an exciting opportunity to shape significant real estate developments in the region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience (minimum 6 years in Real Estate and demonstrated experience in master development).
• Gulf experience is a must (Dubai experience preferred).
• Familiar with full project lifecycle and consultant coordination.
• Solid understanding of real estate finance, feasibility analysis, business planning, budgeting, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees master planning, architecture, and landscape consultants.
• Coordinates with the Project Management team to ensure successful project execution.
• Helps define development visions and conducts high-level feasibility studies.
• Authors project business plans and manages associated budgets.
• Prepares professional reports, board papers, and presentations.
• Identifies appropriate product mixes for developments.
• Works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Liaises with statutory authorities to secure approvals.
