Qualifications

• 22 years of architectural design and management experience post-undergraduate.
• Experience in managing international design consultants.
• Demonstrated success in large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope & schedule, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
• Oversee and manage Architects, Designers, Managers, and Professionals.

Skills

Excellent conceptual and aesthetic design skills

Fluent in English

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

Strong organizational skills

Proactive and self-motivated

Education

B.Arch or B.Sc. in Architecture

Postgraduate degree in Architecture or Urban Design

International accreditations (RIBA, AIA)
