Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Corporate Banking, with at least 3 years in Corporate CAD.
• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
• Understanding of U.A.E. legal environment & Central Bank regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and vet documentation for credit facilities.
• Maintain up-to-date collateral data in the Bank's system.
• Ensure compliance and authenticity of security documents.
• Perform periodic cleanup of old security documents.
