Qualifications

• Minimum overall relevant experience of 22 years.
• Minimum relevant experience of 8 years in the role.
• Professional memberships and charterships required MRICS or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of all commercial aspects of major developments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs all contractual aspects of executing the programme management.
• Establishes procedures for award and administration of project contracts.
• Manages contractual claims arising from execution of contracts.
• Provides expert advice on contractual matters including risk management.
