Role Sr. Consultant – Technology Networking (Experience 10-15 Years, Location UAE – Abu Dhabi, KSA)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise network and data center infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Routing, Switching, Wireless, QoS, SD‑WAN and deep expertise in SilverPeak WAN Optimization, Cisco ACI and Data Center Operations. A solid understanding of WAN technologies and experience in vulnerability remediation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across data centers and branch locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, VTP).
• Manage and optimize wireless networks including RF planning, security and performance tuning.
• Implement and monitor Quality of Service (QoS) policies to ensure optimal traffic prioritization.
• Deploy and manage SD‑WAN solutions with hands‑on experience in SilverPeak.
• Administer and support Cisco ACI fabric including policy configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
• Oversee data center operations including hardware lifecycle management, cabling, power, cooling and capacity planning.
• Perform vulnerability remediation across network and data center devices in coordination with security teams.
• Monitor network and data center performance using appropriate tools and respond to incidents proactively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support infrastructure projects and ensure high availability.
• Maintain documentation for network and data center configurations, procedures and standards.

• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise networking and data center management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco SilverPeak and Cisco ACI technologies.
• Expertise in Routing & Switching, Wireless, QoS, SD‑WAN and WAN technologies.
• Experience in data center operations including rack management, cabling and environmental controls.
• Proven track record in vulnerability remediation and infrastructure hardening.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
