A global consultancy in energy services is seeking a Senior colleague in the Asset Management team located in the UAE. This role will focus on providing expert technical consulting services, particularly in compliance review and power failure investigations. Candidates should possess solid expertise in power transformer design and experience with root cause analysis. The position offers opportunities to engage with clients in the energy sector and collaborate with teams across hubs in Dubai and Iberia.
The Asset Management team supports our customers by providing expert guidance on the technical aspects of power equipment. Our services cover substations equipment (power transformers, switchgears, GIS, AIS, etc.), overhead lines, cables, and RMUs. We deliver specialized advisory services ranging from design reviews and factory acceptance test witnessing to strategic asset lifecycle management, compliance review and verification, power failure investigations, and technical assurance & optimization.
We are currently looking for a Senior colleague in our Asset Management team in SEMELA, located in UAE.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across our two main hubs (Dubai and Iberia) to provide technical consulting services, with an initial focus on compliance review & verification and power failure investigations.
This position requires solid expertise in power transformer design, operation, and failure modes, along with hands‑on experience in power failure investigations/root cause analysis, including the IEC 62740 methodology. A good foundation in data management tools and electrical modelling is also expected.
