Job Description

The Project

This is an opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.

You will work as part of the senior construction delivery team, taking directions from the construction lead and project senior leadership team and providing guidance to the wider team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices throughout construction and handover.
• Build client relationships, translating vision into deliverable plans.
• Ensure ethical, compliant, and sustainable project delivery.
• Empower teams through knowledge-sharing, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Implementing Mace’s value of safety first and being accountable for leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and project compliance standards.
• Supervising and managing site construction activities across all disciplines.
• Ensuring that contractors’ work is executed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Conducting regular site inspections, managing construction schedules, progress reporting and identifying and mitigating delays.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree-qualified with strong construction management expertise.
• Proven track record in project delivery within consultancy.
• Professional membership or equivalent development.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and sustainability integration.
