About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Butler to join our team of Guest Relations at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Greet guests, escort them to their rooms or outlets, handle luggage, ensure room cleanliness, handle inquiries, and fulfill special requests promptly and courteously.
  • Anticipate and meet customer needs accurately, including those with special requirements, by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s departments, services, and amenities.
  • Take and process orders accurately, maintain detailed knowledge of menu items and services, and respond to guest inquiries regarding food and beverages.
  • Perform guest registration, cashiering, currency exchange, and other administrative duties according to service standards and directives.
  • Identify and resolve guest dissatisfaction promptly, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution according to established procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the Butler Pantry and Reception Desk, ensuring proper stocking and adherence to service standards.
