Key Responsibilities
  • Market Entry & Business Building
    • Use your UAE agency experience to identify opportunities and build Growthic’s first stronghold in the UAE.
  • Ecosystem & Event-Led Growth
    • Build connections with coworkings, accelerators, chambers, and councils to position Growthic in the right networks.
    • Design and execute masterclasses, closed-room workshops, and co-branded activations that build credibility and convert into business leads.
    • Leverage industry events (e.g. GITEX, networking forums) not for passive presence, but to actively seed and grow a leads pipeline.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth
    • Prospect, pitch, and close B2B clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises).
    • Expand client accounts by deeply understanding needs and introducing the right mix of Growthic’s services.
  • Collaboration with HQ
    • Work closely with Growthic’s India teams (content, design, strategy) to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and client success.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–7 years of business development experience in UAE, specifically with advertising/marketing/content agencies.
  • Strong local network across startups, SMEs, accelerators, and councils.
  • Demonstrated track record of turning connections into qualified pipelines and long-term clients.
  • Consultative selling skills: Can advise clients, not just pitch to them.
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable business growth systems (workshops, partnerships, event-led funnels) that move beyond individual hustling.
