Job summary

An IT solutions provider is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in B2B IT services sales, expertise in the SAP ecosystem, and a proven record of closing significant deals. Responsibilities include leading sales prospecting, managing procurement cycles, and supporting partnerships. Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B IT services / solutions sales, including at least 2+ years in MENA.
  • Experience with SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA / RISE / BTP).
  • Proven track record with long sales cycles and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound prospecting across ICP accounts.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification (MEDDICC).
  • Manage RFPs / tenders & procurement cycles.
