• Execute daily performance monitoring of Azure infrastructure including VMs AVD and network components
• Implement and maintain backup strategies ensuring data integrity and recovery readiness
• Monitor and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Analyze capacity trends and provide optimization recommendations
• Perform regular patch management and compliance checks.
• 24/7/365 monitoring and incident response
• VM performance monitoring (CPU Memory Disk)
• Network connectivity and latency management
• Security alerts and logs monitoring
• Azure Service Health tracking

Security Operations

• Daily security alerts monitoring
• Authentication logs review
• Endpoint protection management
• Network security rules verification
• Weekly security compliance checks and policy updates
• Lead security monitoring and incident response activities
• Manage endpoint protection and network security configurations
