Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support with extensive AWS exposure.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize AWS services.
• Document support procedures, incidents, and solutions.
