Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in various types of projects.
• Experience as an Architectural Inspector is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with shop drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate submittals and approvals against contract requirements.
• Report daily on site activities to the Senior Site Architect.
• Assist in the final acceptance of work and contract close-out.
• Provide clear instructions to contractors to prevent errors.
• Prepare Snag Lists and ensure satisfactory completion of works.
