A leading engineering firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Account Receivable Specialist to manage all aspects of receivables for construction projects. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within the construction sector, strong knowledge of contracts, and excellent communication skills. This role will involve coordinating closely with project and finance teams and ensuring timely billing and collections.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable in construction or contracting companies.
• Strong familiarity with FIDIC and billing cycles.
• Proven track record with consultants and contractors in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full cycle of receivables for construction projects.
• Prepare and submit invoices according to contract terms.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on payment approvals.
• Maintain accurate AR records and ensure VAT compliance.
• Coordinate with teams for revenue accuracy and monthly closing.
