Job summary

A government transportation authority in Dubai is looking for a candidate for administrative support within the Customer Happiness department. The role involves assisting in action plans, organizing meetings and events, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Strong English skills are essential, while Arabic is advantageous. This full-time position requires a high school education and is open to UAE nationals only.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Good listener and communicator who conveys information effectively.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience in a recognized organization.

  • Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in following up department action plans to ensure achieving targets.
  • Arrange section meetings and provide all requirements.
  • Organize department events as per management instructions.
  • Maintain minutes of meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Perform daily administrative work considering RTA procedures.
  • Follow up assigned manager’s projects and coordinate tasks.
  • Maintain training records and coordinate personnel training.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the management about action plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in following up the department action plans to ensure achieving set targets. Reports should be submitted to the director about any delay with the delay reasons.
  • Arrange the section meetings with various parties and ensure providing all requirements to ensure successful meetings.
  • Assist in organizing Department events as per management instructions and in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Maintain minutes of meetings file and follow up the assigned tasks as per the management instructions.
  • Perform administrative daily work considering RTA applicable procedures.
  • Follow up assigned manager’s projects and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure completing the various tasks as per the approved plans.
  • Maintain training records for the Department and coordinate with concerned parties regarding personnel training.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
  • Assist in preparing the monthly report for the management about the action plan of the Department and achievements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: High School
  • Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage
  • Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience in a recognized organization.
