Responsibilities
- Assist in following up the department action plans to ensure achieving set targets. Reports should be submitted to the director about any delay with the delay reasons.
- Arrange the section meetings with various parties and ensure providing all requirements to ensure successful meetings.
- Assist in organizing Department events as per management instructions and in coordination with concerned departments.
- Maintain minutes of meetings file and follow up the assigned tasks as per the management instructions.
- Perform administrative daily work considering RTA applicable procedures.
- Follow up assigned manager’s projects and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure completing the various tasks as per the approved plans.
- Maintain training records for the Department and coordinate with concerned parties regarding personnel training.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
- Assist in preparing the monthly report for the management about the action plan of the Department and achievements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High School
- Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking. Arabic will be an advantage
- Good listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
- 0-2 years relevant experience in a recognized organization.
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Basic Computer-literate performer
