We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the full financial operations of our home rental company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in accounting, VAT, revenue reconciliation, and property/holiday homes finances.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly owner statements & payouts
• Reconcile revenue from Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
• Manage accounts receivable & payable
• Reconcile bank accounts and payment gateways
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure FTA compliance
• Oversee invoicing, payments, and petty cash
• Review and supervise junior accounting tasks
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis reports
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records
