Essential Requirements

• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching Science and/or STEM to early years and/or primary-aged children
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Teaching certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in STEM education, including coding, robotics, and age-appropriate AI concepts
• Ability to translate complex scientific and technological concepts into engaging, hands‑on learning experiences

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate Science and STEM lessons, integrating AI, coding, and robotics where appropriate
• Create an inquiry-based, hands‑on learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and innovation
• Design and implement experiments, projects, and challenges using STEM tools, manipulatives, and digital resources
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual student learning needs
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and academic leadership to integrate STEM across the curriculum
• Supervise and support students during lessons, lab activities, and school events as required
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and school‑wide initiatives
• Support after‑school STEM clubs, competitions, or enrichment activities when required
• Follow all school health and safety policies and safeguarding proceduresParticipate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning
• Maintain strict confidentiality with regard to all school matters at all times
