Job summary

A leading educational institution in the United Arab Emirates is urgently seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain and support IT systems. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in IT support, particularly in an educational setting. Key responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, supporting staff with technology, and ensuring system performance and security. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or MCITP are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an IT Executive/Assistant role.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with FortiGate firewall and network configurations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and IT hardware.
• Provide daily IT support and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Administer Office 365 tools including Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Manage Active Directory and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure security.
• Support and train staff on educational technology platforms.
